Meet Jenna Samuels
with Reframe Counseling!

Jenna is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering counseling support in California online. With over 14 years of experience, she offers a blended, yet present-focused approach to healing and well-being.
Jenna is a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and has been professionally trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.
Jenna specializes in working with anxiety, depression, insomnia, couples, chronic pain, alcoholism/addiction, adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and mixed neurotype couples. She currently offers virtual therapy sessions in the state of California. Jenna is happy to provide a free, 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and see how she can best help you reach your goals.
An all-online practice means that all of your sessions will take place live through a secure video platform. Jenna uses the secure and HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing platform of Simple Practice for these purposes. All you need is your computer, tablet, or phone and a secure internet connection. This means that your counseling process is more flexible-you and Jenna can work together while you are in the comfort of your own home, office, or other safe space.
Using telehealth means that you will never have to commute for your sessions or sit in a waiting room. Virtual counseling also allows you to take some time after your sessions to process the work you have done together in the comfort of your own safe space.
